Principal product designer
- Design Strategist for BILL’s Working Capital and Payments product portfolio.
- Designed the end to end invoice financing product experience on web and mobile apps, enabling small businesses to access funds instantly on approved invoices, disbursing over $1.9B in loans to date and generating over $51M in revenue.
- Oversaw the end-to-end redesign of BILL’s Instant Transfer product resulting in the product’s NPS score increasing from -28 to +36.
- Co-led company-wide modernization initiative across the full ecosystem of products and services in collaboration with the two other Principal Designers at BILL, elevating UX consistency and visual design standards across the company.
- Conducted user research, created 0-to-1 concepts for two new working capital products, presented them to the executive team and successfully secured approval for one of the products.
- Designed a modular system of UX components that can be shared across Loan Management Systems in multiple lending products, reducing the development time of new lending products.
